Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our sales operations through administrative excellence and customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in data management, and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

  • Process daily invoices and sales orders with precision.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales files and generate accurate reports.
  • Manage pricing database and ensure contract accuracy.
  • Handle product related inventory data and distribute reports to sales staff.
  • Provide clerical support across various sales department functions.

Customer Relations & Communication

  • Communicate proactively with existing customers regarding weekly product needs.
  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries.

Additional Duties

  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must have regular and punctual attendance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • General computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Proficient data entry capabilities.
  • Basic mathematics and calculation skills.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.

Physical Requirements

  • Office setting

Experience:  Previous customer service or administrative experience; Background in inventory reporting or sales support; Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
Education:  High School diploma or equivalent, or verifiable ability to perform essential job functions. Well rounded, practical experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
