Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for adult learning and the ability to create engaging educational experiences across a variety of topics and audiences.

Responsibilities

Training Program Development & Design

  • Design and develop training programs tailored to meet employee and organizational needs.
  • Create and update training content including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, assessment tools and interactive learning.
  • Support onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a positive experience into the company.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Facilitate training sessions for groups of varying sizes and experience levels.
  • Adapt training delivery style to accommodate different learning preferences.
  • Manage LMS training platforms and technology tools.
  • Provide coaching and one-on-one support as needed.

Program Management & Evaluation

  • Maintain training schedules and coordinate logistics for all training activities.
  • Track and report on training metrics, participant feedback, and program effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation data and organizational changes.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company training requirements.

Collaboration & Engagement

  • Partner with managers, HR teams, and Subject matter Experts to develop targeted learning initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of learning by encouraging employees to engage in continuous development.

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to apply adult learning principles.
  • Facilitation and presentation delivery.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with LMS Software.

Physical Requirements

  • Office and manufacturing setting.

Experience:  1+ year’s experience in training, development, or organizational development.
Education:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development, or related field.
